I know that I could create a print view and stretch the field to ensure that all the text gets printed but that would result in a lot of white space for the majority of the forms. Is there a way to have these fields automatically size to fit based on the content of the field for printing? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. 01-06-2012 09:24 AM In reply to stgiesbrecht Joined on 01-06-2012 Posts 13 Re: Printing entire contents of InfoPath multi line text field Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact I think I found a solution by creating the print view and then updating the properties for each of the multi line text fields in the size tab to auto for the Height value. 01-06-2012 02:24 PM In reply to stgiesbrecht Joined on 01-06-2012 Posts 13 Re: Printing entire contents of InfoPath multi line text field Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact Well, it almost worked. When I click on the Print Preview from the browser InfoPath form, it looks fine. Once I go to the print command from IE9 and do a print (or print preview) the last line of the text is being cut off. Reply Contact I solved my problem by changing the font in the text box that was being printed. The default font type was not one directly supported by the printer. Once I changed the font to Arial then everything printed as expected. Hope that help for you. 03-04-2013 12:50 PM In reply to jmbrennan Joined on 03-04-2013 Posts 1 Re: Printing entire contents of InfoPath multi line text field Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer... Reply Contact I fixed it by adding a 12 pixel padding to the bottom of my multiline text boxes. Right click on the Control, go to the Control Properties, on the Size tab, change the Padding, Bottom spec to 12 px. Works for any font. 04-08-2013 01:10 PM In reply to Greg29 Joined on 07-06-2011 Posts 5 Re: Printing entire contents of InfoPath multi line text field Mark as Not AnswerMark as Answer...
