What do I add to the web.config to make this work???

The answer to this was that I needed to be looking at the correct web.config . There is a line in there for the example DB, and you just copy and paste that with your database. Thanks Jimmy!!
The correct web.config is under the IIS settings of your web application you installed QdabraWebService, and then that application has its own web.config
