use double Eval to set value if blank

I'd like to set a field value to "None" if it is currently blank.

I don't want to create another rule, i.e. I'd like one rule that has several action and runs every time.

I know I should be able to use a double eval, however, I find the example that I can find confusing.

    xpath to field:  /Variables/SaveFileName

    Can someone create an example.

I don't see how double eval would help here.

     How about this?

    concat(Field, substring('None', 1, 4 * (Field = '')))
