Hi,

I created a form with the qRules trial, and I just upgraded to the licensed version today. The form is already published with the trial version to SharePoint. Will my users need to recreate their forms when I reinject with the licensed qRules and republish to SharePoint? Or will the update apply to existing forms with no action needed from my end users?

As long as the versioning in your template is set to upgrade, your users should have their cached version of the template updated when they open the new template. This is under Form Option / Versioning.

Thanks Hilary. I checked and the form is set to upgrade. As usual, thanks for the super duper speedy response.

On a side note, I attended a webinar last Thursday, and they (Marci Dahms, I believe) said that if I purchased qRules before January 15, 2012, I would receive the Active Directory tool at no additional charge. I made my purchase today, but I'm not sure about how to go about getting the Active Directory tool. Any ideas?
