I have a webpart which can query a different database and creates a list of enrolled students. The form launches when the webpart form is submitted

and can store the name of the name of the student and the parent can fill up the rest of the form and submit. However the parent has to fill up more forms

and one of the way to solve this issue would be create view. Does anyone have any suggestion how I can proceed and the parent has to fill up about 20 forms.

If you have common fields between all the forms, your best bet is to create a single form and have multiple views within that form so that the user doesn't have to fill 20 separate forms.  From a usability perspective, this is also a better solution than having to manage 20 different templates and XML files.

Do I need to submit Infopath form as the Form Library or content type?

Either should work.

I tried this morning to use the view but could not publish the form. I
have attached the error message when tried to publish the form. I have
also attached the Infopath form where I have two view not sure where I
went wrong

However the form can be published with view 1 with no error as well as the
user can submit. I have created a webpart which queries the external
database to create a list of enrolled students and the webpart launches
the Infopath form when a data match is found. Form can be published and
submitted without any error and it is published as form library, but when
I add a new view to the previous form I cannot publish it, have attached
the error message.

Sorry I am new bee and looks like there are some hurdles that I need to
overcome.
