Hi, I am trying to create a rule to disable a button until a file has been attached. What it the best way to do that?. It isn't a simple yes or no value, from what it looks like. I prefer to do this without code, if at all possible.

You can use the condition is blank/is not blank to determine whether a file has been attached or not.  You can also specify the Cannot be blank option directly on that field to have the validation handled automatically.
