InfoPath Form opens but all controls are unresponsive and can't be modified

I have a form that is not browser enabled and works fine for all... except one person. When that person opens a form it is visible but everything is effectively greyed out: text boxes, drop down boxes and hyperlinks are all unresponsive - the cursor doesn't even change when hovering over a link. In addition, if the form is opened via a link rather than directly from within InfoPath, IE opens up before InfoPath kicks into action. IE doesn't actually display anything and, as above, InfoPath just displays a 'frozen' view of the form. Some lines of investigation that haven't resolved the issue: - the InfoPath menus are not affected, they still function fine so it's not an application freeze - the Trust Centre settings are the same as everyone else's - the user is a member of the same SharePoint security group as everyone else - Office 2007 has been re-installed and upgraded from Enterprise to Pro Any suggestions?
