If anyone can help me how to achieve this functionality where a single attachment control can be used to upload multiple files. I know we can place a repeating table and then inside that an attachment control can be placed, but requirement is to achieve functionality with InfoPath attachment control as we have a multiple upload functionality in document library. Any help would be highly appreciated.

As far as I know, InfoPath only supports attaching a single file to one attachment control in a document library out of the box.  Some work arounds include placing it inside a repeating table as you mentioned or using a SharePoint List instead of a document library.  Otherwise, perhaps someone else has managed to accomplish this using custom code or some other means.
