Hello All,

I have a repeating table control in my infopath form. I have binded that control with a data connection asscoiated with a sharepoint list.

in my repeating table, i am showing check boxes for each item.

After selecting some check boxes, and submitting the form, and again reopend the form, the checked values are removing from the infopath form.

Could any one please help me in this regard.

At first glance, it appears that you may not be writing these values back to the data connection. Remember the data connection is setup to "Receive", if you want to write the data back to the list for the data connection. To do this you'll need to either need to use the SharePoint /_vti_bin/Lists.asmx web service to do this or purchase qRules which can turn the web service update coding exercise into a configuration task.

If you don't want to update the data connection but instead store the results in the form so that each form is unique then you'll likely need to create a repeating group in your main data source and then add that to your form as a repeating table - make sure to only query the data connection the first time the form loads otherwise you'll overwrite the values. I don't have time to provide any samples but wanted to help.

I have master list after reading the information based on that checkboxes displaying in table on form. but after save/submit check values are gone. like below table,YES - means check box Display , If NO- Hide Checkboxes.

I, I +II, I + II+  III are comes on View1, View2, View3 as base stages passed.

Master Table may be updated in future so we can't static design the table. please suggest how can i save the checked values if any checked
