Hi,

Will it be there any problem in deploying infopath 2007 form template to Sharepoint 2010 environment.

 In production environments, can we forsee, any problems. Please suggest if any.

There should not be any issues with this. If your IP 2007 form has code, it cannot be sandboxed in ShP 2010, but would require admin approval (just as in ShP 2007). That is the only thing I can think of that would be different than using IP 2010 with ShP 2010.

I totally agree with Hilary. I have done it a lot of times by now and I haven´t experienced any problems with IP2007 forms in SP 2010.
