    Row count

I have a repeating table that displays Parts   and I have a text box at the bottom of my form that counts the # of rows that appear in that repeating table. When the user insets or removes a  row I want that the box to count or minus the row depends on what the user does. I have tried to figure this out but i am having a hard time

The text box that counts that repeating table also counts other feilds throughout the form including another repeating table. Will this method still work? thx again

Why not go ahead and try it?  It will work.  Just add 'em together with a + sign.

I added in the count formula in the fields fefault value like u said. When I go to preview the form "1" appears in that field even tho I did not insert a row in my repeating table. is there  a way to have it only count when i insert a field. I tried adding in rules and stuff but it didnt work.

nvm.... I found the problem. In the count formula instead of putting in the group i put in a specfic field in my reapating table. Then I put the data filter as "part2"  is not blank. Now it works. thx for all your help
