How to open an attachment straight from an InfoPath Form?

I would like to open an attachment directly from an InfoPath form, if possible. I notice when viewing an InfoPath form in a web browser, I click the blue paperclip attachment icon, I am given three options—Attach, Download, and Remove (see screen shot http://i.imgur.com/0pEnn.png). Yet when I open an InfoPath form in InfoPath's Preview environment, I get more options—Attach, Open, Save As, and Remove (see screen shot http://i.imgur.com/DkTqc.png). Is there anyway to get this "Open" option available in the web browser?

Don't know if it would support your solution, but can you come around this issue by creating a dynamic hyperlink with the text "Open" that is linked to a datasource field referring to the file?

Thank you for your suggestion. It is a nice work around and I may have to end up using it. Ideally I don't want to make any UI changes, but if there is no way to modify the File Attachment Control so that "Open File" is one of the options it provides, then I may have to create a dynamic hyperlink.

Or is there a way to get the encoded base64 string of the attachment programattically? Perhaps a click event for the File Attachment control? I know I could do this by adding a new button and using the click button event, but again, I don't want to add any additional UI elements.
