I followed the example in your getting started guide for the expense report form and it works fine with infopath preview.
However, when I publish it to sharepoint and view it in a web browser it is not able to retrive the getmyinfo data from AD.
Here's the error that I get from sharepoint:
"You do not have permissions to access a Web service that provides data required
for this form to function correctly. An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server. Log ID:5566"
The windows event log shows this:
"You do not have permissions to access a Web service that provides data required
for this form to function correctly.
The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for
the SSL/TLS secure channel. The underlying connection was closed: Could not
establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel."
I get the same error if I try submitting the data.
Here's some other related information:
I have Qdabra installed with https enabled and alternate access mappings configured. The certificate uses an FQDN and I'm not sure if this might be related, but when I go to https://servername:1234 it shows a certificate mismatch error. However, I'm not using that address in any of my configurations that I am aware of. I made sure that the data connections all point to https://FQDN:1234
