How to set web service time out?

InfoPath 2010 form Retrieve data from a web service, when preview shows up error :

Cannot connect to the following Web service. There may be a problem with the Web server or the connection has timed out.

after refresh the web service. the form will get the data...

any one happen to know? thank you!

Browser forms have a default connection timeout that can be set in Central Administration. The default on a new SharePoint installation is ten seconds.

InfoPath full-client forms have a default timeout of 30 seconds. It requires code to change the timeout, or you can use Qdabra qRules.
