SQL Server 2008 Millions Of Rows

Hi all i have a SQL server 2008 server and infopath 2010, im trying to query a database which has around 7 million rows as you will know the performance is poor and most times won't return the query... Is there any way of fixing this solution ?

I can't imagine you need millions of rows of data in your form. Human users can't do anything with that amount of data.

What are you trying to accomplish? You are going to need to parameterize your query to only return data your user needs - return a filtered data set. Code or qRules can help you achieve this.
