InfoPath Dev

I have a Document Library with a infopath template. This template is created after an item is made in another list. This list is used for idiot proof user interface to get the correct info for the request form mentioned previously. Right now while testing the system the info path form is made everytime the new item is created in the list but the form only pulls from the first item in the list. How do I get the form to pull from the new item.

I'm after this too  if you did find out anything.

 

What I had to do is I made a drop down box on the form that linked to the title of the list item and all the fieds of the form that pull from that list were conditional for what title was in the drop down. I made a great how to for this if you need further explaination. It doesn't look like you can upload a file though so I am not sure how to get it to you. I wouldn't want to put my e-mail out for everyone to see so I don't expect you to.
