    Forms do not open in MOSS 2007 form library after upgrading from Infopath 2003 to Infopath 2007

    Hi Everyone,

    I upgraded our infopath form template from 2003 to 2007. Now when I try to edit a form that I have submitted with the new template I get a "Selected cells are read only" or  "An error 0x800401f3 has occurred no further information provided" message. The forms that have been submitted with the old 2003 template open up just fine.  Why does this happen.

    My MOSS site is in 2007. I re-created the template in Infopath 2007 using the old schema and I still get the same message.

    2007 XML header is the following

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><?mso-infoPathSolution solutionVersion="1.0.0.13" productVersion="12.0.0" PIVersion="1.0.0.0" href="http://testl.com/sites/P1FTCM/testspace/2007test/Forms/template.xsn" name="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:2007test:-myXSD-2011-09-01T18-49-18" ?><?mso-application progid="InfoPath.Document"?>
    <my:myFields xmlns:my=http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003/myXSD/2011-09-01T18:49:18
    xml:lang="en-us">
     <my:hwin>test1</my:hwin>
    </my:myFields>

    2003 header is the following : <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><?mso-infoPathSolution solutionVersion="1.0.0.13" productVersion="12.0.0" PIVersion="1.0.0.0" href="http://testl.com/sites/P12/testspace/2007test/Forms/template.xsn" name="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:infopath:2007test:-myXSD-2011-09-01T18-49-18" ?><?mso-application progid="InfoPath.Document"?><my:myFields xmlns:my="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003/myXSD/2011-09-01T18:49:18" xml:lang="en-us">
     <my:hwin>test2</my:hwin>
    </my:myFields>

    Thanks for your inputs.
