    SaveToSharePoint remove special characters?

I have a form that saves to sharepoint with the qRules SaveToSharePoint command, then copies the hyperlink back into the form with the qRules link feature.  This works great.

However, if users try to do this with files that have special characters in them, the process fails.  Is there a way to rename them upon saving, or in the field itself?  I tried adding a translate function on the qRules filename and the attachement field itself, but that didn't change the name that gets saved.

    Hi,

Starting with qRules v3.3, the command can specify a /name parameter to rename the file. Have you tried that parameter?

If you're not using qRules v3.3, you can download a trial from our website.

    Thank you.

OK.  I have 3.3, but received it in beta mode.  I don't have an upadated guide.  Where can I get one?

After adding the name parameter I get the error - "Failed while checking for existing file".

This is how I set up the command -

     concat("SaveToSharePoint /url=http://*****/den/hr/Receipts /xpath=/my:myFields/my:PurchaseTable/my:Purchases/my:Receipts/my:Attachment /name=", FullName, "_", Show)

OK, well sorry for the stupid question here, but are you sure the file doesn't already exist?

What do you mean, the filename or the actual file?  Either way, why does it matter?  I've saved the same file multiple times to the library through the form before.

Is my syntax correct at least?

    Hello,

Were there no other details in the error message?  I would expect a bit more than that.

No, that was it.  I just ran it again to check, and that's all the error that I am getting.

Ok.  When you run the command, could you use the same formula to set the command's actual value to a field in the form where it could be viewed?  That may be illuminating.

Also, could you try displaying the error in a multi-line text box?  I would expect there to be more information there than just that message, though it would start on a second line.

I'm not sure I follow here.  Take the output of the command somehow and set another field with it?

I tried making the error field multi-line, but there still wasn't anymore info.

I mean, when you use a rule to set the Command node to the value of the formula concat("SaveToSharePoint /url=http://*****/den/hr/Receipts /xpath=/my:myFields/my:PurchaseTable/my:Purchases/my:Receipts/my:Attachment /name=", FullName, "_", Show), use another rule action to set the value of that formula to a field that you can display, so that you can see what the actual command looks like when it is splayed out.

Bear with me, because I still don't understand what you are saying.  What do you mean set the value of that formula?
