Hello,

In my form I have a repeating table with 2 columns each with a drop-down pulling from the same data in my form.

Group1

drop-down 1  |  drop-down 2

I want to filter so that any previous value won't be shown in either drop - down.

It works fine in one column when I do the formula --  not(@field1 = current()/preceding-sibling::Group1/my:drop-down 1)   and following-sibling.

I need it to also filter so that it filters out the repeating drop-down from drop-down 2 also (and visa-versa).  I tried adding not(@field1 = current()/preceding-sibling::Group1/my:drop-down 2) to the same filter, but that didn't work.

Sounds like you've probably just missed a small detail somewhere - maybe misspelling a node name, or leaving out a my:.  Works perfectly fine in this form.

I assume you also want to prevent duplicates within the same row, and I've added logic to do that too.
