    Display contents of Attachment Control in another field?

    How would you go about displaying the contents of an attachment in another field? I tried using a Rich Text Box but returned value was a bunch of coded text.

    Hi Ehaze,

    The attachments are base64 encoded. If you are trying to extract plain text from them, you'll need some special handling (probably code) to do that.

    If you just want the attachment to show up in two places, you can right click the original field in your data source and use reference to do that.

    I'm cool with doing it with code. Just not sure what control to translate the attachment to. Richtext box? Picture control?
