I'll describe a problem I'm running into in deplying an InfoPath form and state workflow to SharePoint 2010, and would be glad for any insights of how to get past the problem.
Thanks for any assiatance you may offer,
King
Problem:
When trying to add a workflow to an InfoPath content type in a site collection, the desired workflow is not among the list of workflow templates on the “Add a Workflow” page. The message on the page is noted below, but I’m not certain how to add the workflow template to the site collection/workspace:
"If the workflow template you want does not appear, contact your administrator to get it added to your site collection or workspace."
Background:
I have created an InfoPath 2010 form as the template for a form library that starts a state workflow when a file is created. Though that is shown to work, I followed David Kline’s example for adding an InfoPath form as a content type in order to facilitate versioning of the InfoPath form:

In our Beta environment, I've added the workflow WSP using PowerShell (Add-SPSolution) and it has been deployed and activated in Central Administration and at the Site Collection level. The versioned InfoPath content type was also activated and available in the site Collection. I found that I was able to add the workflow to the form library (Content Type = "All"), but when I select the new InfoPath content type, the list of workflow templates does not include the corresponding workflow that was deployed.
Question:
How do I add a workflow to an InfoPath content type when the custom workflow and InfoPath content type both appear to be activated in the Site Collection?
