error when creating new submit data connection

when trying to create a new data connection (submit form) I get the following error when chosing the http://XXXXXXXX/QdabraWebService/DbxlDocumentServiceEx.asmx?WSDL as the web service:

"Infopath has encountered an error.  The operation failed.

Not enough storage is available to process the command."

This is the 5th submit connection that I am trying to configure, and the existing submit connections on other forms still work, so im not sure what the issue is.  When looking on the webservice server I see the following event in the app log:

Event message: An unhandled exception has occurred.

Re: error when creating new submit data connection

I suggest comparing your settings on the data connection with the others you have configured.  Make sure you have the 'submit as string' checkbox set appropriately.
