Since you need to add the qRulesLastModified attribute to the repeating table ID, you can't use copy table into that table, since there will be unmatched elements and attributes?

I copy a table into my main data source, then I submit that to another list. 

Jo-Anne blogged the Insert approach back in November of last year. Take a look at that technique. Insert command is more flexible than CopyTable because you can copy from schema A to schema B.

So then i take it that it won't work with CopyTable?  There's not way to add the attribute to the SharePoint side?  My schemas match exactly except for the ID attribute for the refresh. 

Sorry, CopyTable requires an exact match.

Hilary sent me the latest version beta.  I'm using that.  Not sure the version number.
