infopath 2010, sharepoint list form, and adding a matric (rating scale)

Pardon me if this has been asked 50 times and I suck at searching :)  Since I can't edit a Sharepoint survey directly with Infopath 2010 (wtf?), I've elected to create an infopath form that publishes to a sharepoint list.  However, I can't for the life in me figure out how to add a matrix or rating scale.  You know...... "how did you like this product?"   5      4    3   2   1     with check boxes.  Being rather new to infopath, I'm sure there's an easy, creative way to do this, but I'm not sure how.

Can anyone give me a hand?

SharePoint List forms are quite limited. For example, you can't add radio buttons to your form. I recommend creating a full blown InfoPath Form and using Qdabra's qRules to submit it to a list. Your life will not be so limited but being creative does take time. :)
