    Search within Sharepoint

Is there a way to get the Search feature of sharepoint to search a form library. It works fine on a document library goes and searches the actual word document. Just no results when trying to search the form.

    hi,

by default SharePoint doesnt index XML, since InfoPath forms are stored in XML thats your problem.

To make SPS do that, you need to install an XML IFilter.

Microsoft has an IFilter you can download for free here:

I believe you need SPS for the search functionality.
