I have a field "Price" in my repeating table Price is a calculated field with the following formula Quantity * Unit Price.
I want a field "Total" to calculate the Sum of Price. How do I do that since in general Sum doesn't work on calculated fields?
How about using the xpath function "sum" - sum(Price)?
Is Price an actual field, or just a calculated value displayed in your form. If it's not an actual field, you can do this:
sum(eval(RepeatingField, "my:Quantity * my:UnitPrice"))
Here is a snapshot of what I'm actually doing. There is also a Total field which should sum the price. Price is an actual field that is calculated using quantity and unit price
