Hi Folks, I am using Contact Selector control in Infopath 2007. I configured it successfully with AD. I can also select names from AD. However, when i select name and press OK button. Contact selector control get grey out and name doesn't appear. Please advice which steps I am missing. thanks, Chintan

This could happen if the Contact Selector nodes either not spelled correctly or the case of the names is incorrect. So you may double-check to ensure the syntax is exactly down to the uppercase and lowercase letters.

Hi Anne, Thanks for your reply. Yes, i followed all steps. I am successful getting AD name in Production Server. However, I want to try it first in Development Server for my testing. But, it failed. When i try to search my name, it says "Search Failed". I can't retrieve AD names. I got my development server name from Central Admin -> Application Mgmt -> Web Application List. Please advice where i am wrong. Thanks.
