Section Removal via list and Re-Numbering

I have set up a document, that uses an XML document for the Content Source. It uses it for the table of Contents, as well as for the Content, and I have a multiple selection choice that all source the same thing. Basically, We have gotten it to hide sections, based on if they are selected or not, which takes the sections out by using an expression of not(my:Section_Content_No = ../../../../my:Body_Selection/my:Sections_Choice) , but I have not figured out how to re-number the Document. I am using "count(preceding-sibling::TOC_Item) + 1" to number the items in my default values, but basically this method is just hiding the fields, and when they are displayed via the rules I have defined, they are not re-numbering according to what I have displayed. I need another method of removing the items, or counting the items that are displayed. They currently come up like 1,2,3,5,7,10, when it should be 1,2,3,4,5,6,7

    Hi,

It's not clear to me which qRules command you are using. Can you clarify?

    Thanks.
