I'm creating a recruitment form and need help in doing a query which will return candidates based on the parameters typed in. I need to know how not to include a parameter if it is blank since one or all of the parameters typed in will be tied together using the AND condition.
The values are Applicant ID, Name, Position Desired, Resume Keyword and Employment Type.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
