Can someone create and post a simple InfoPath form that I can use as a starting template to generate an action tracking register please? One of the main points I would like to achieve is that as each comment is added and the form is saved, the next person to open the form can view the previous comments but can not change them. Can this be done? Also I would like to have a SAVE button at the bottom of the form Thanks
