InfoPath Dev

I asked this in a different way already and was told basically that I should make sure all the controls have exactly the same setup.  Well, I cut and pasted from the first one, so they are all the same.  Yet, when I preview and fill in the first one, some of the others expand as they're supposed to, but others don't.  What am I doing wrong?

Have you checked to make sure all the rules are there and the same as the original?

I figured it out.  It took about 2 weeks, but what it is, is that you make the control, then for all the other fields you make them expressions pointing to that control, with "auto" as the height and width. Easy once I figured it out.
