On Click of submit button, workflow has to be triggered . Workflow has to sent approvals to approvers . Myquestions are how to read form data in workflow. Is it possible to read infopath form data to read from workflow. We are using nintex wrk flows.

    Hi Mahender,

In InfoPath Designer go to Tools->Form Options (IP2007) or File->Advanced Form Options (IP2010) and select Property Promotion. You can make values available to SharePoint workflow here. Nintex has even more options.

    Mahender,

Patrick is correct.  You need to use list data in order to trigger the workflow.

If data changes, you can trigger the workflow to do different things, i.e. send e-mail, or update list data etc.

Ensure you choose colums when you publish your form to your form library, then use this column list data to populate your workflow information.
