Hi - under the Options tab there is a place where you can attach a file. So you know, in order to help you, we may need more information -- when you say "not working properly", what do you mean? You click them and nothing happens? You click them and something you don't expect happens?

Okay, I see you emailed me your form. I see three buttons set to Submit. They submit to email connections. But it seems that your repeting section with the Enviar reclamo para Asignacion de responsable de área button is unbound - that may be causing issues with your Nombre_Mail field that is supposed to contain the email address you are submitting to. Or are you saying that when you click the buttons, the email doesn't get sent?

Thanks for your help, yes email are working but for different task assigned to each buttons are differents. so please see my word file I try to explain better. why last button in blue is assigned the same functions of the orange button and green button?

One more question, I'm receiving the file from my customers but we are collecting this information to asnexcel file could be possible to save this information to a Database instead?

You'll either need to create your form from the database (i.e. rebuild) or buy or build a web service (we sell a great one) to get your data into a DB.

All your buttons are set to be submit buttons. As such, they all use whatever the Submit Options in your form are set to do. If you want them to each do something different, instead of being Submit buttons, have them use rules. Then in each rule you can submit to a different data connection.
