Error in IFS when loading an injected form

I get the following message when loading a form in InfoPath Forms Services that has been injected by qdara rules however we have yet to use the qdara rules in the form itself:

     Any ideas?

Can you attach a copy of the template to a reply? Under the Options tab you can attach a file.

It appears as if the QdabraRules data connection, which should be using a resource file in the form for its data source, is not.

Yes, that was the issue -- I've not been able to reproduce this, so I'm unsure what sometimes happens to cause the data connection to look for its file on the server. I've repointed it to the resource file. Perhaps try the attached copy?
