I would like to track price change field in infopath.

 I have created repeating table in View 2

 As a user changes price field in view 1 (if the price is different from previous) then record it. 

I can take the old value and plug in repeating table but I don't know how to insert another row automatically to record future values.  It keeps updating first row without adding new one.

You can do this with custom code or you can try out our qRules tool and use the Insert command.  This is a common request with InfoPath and qRules really will help you out with this and other common InfoPath feature requests.
