Adding rows to repeating table locks up InfoPath

We have an InfoPath form containing two repeating tables, ChargeNumbers and ChargeItems.  Data from two columns in the ChargeNumbers table is concatenated and populates a drop down in the ChargeItems table.  Another field in the ChargeItems table retrieves data from a webservice. The form also retrieves data from a couple other web services. We have a handful of users experiencing lag time, unresponsiveness, and/or crashes in InfoPath when adding rows to the ChargeItems repeating table.  One of the users says if he tries to add five rows, it locks up on the fifth row.  However, if he closes that form and opens a new form, then this form will crash when adding the fourth row. And then it continues to get worse one row at a time. Sample data in these tables would be as follows:ChargeNumbers table:Charge Account: C12345Line Number: 0001 ChargeItems table:ChargeLine: C12345-0001   *data from ChargeNumbers tableItem: Copper wireQty: 100 Unit of Measure: feet   *data from web servicePrice: 1.00Extended Price: 100.00   *calculation of Qty x Price The  vast majority of our users are not seeing this issue; it’s just a handful of users noting this issue.  Some of the computers are running Windows XP and some are running Windows 7.  All are using Microsoft Office 2007.  The form submits to a library on SharePoint 2007, but the tables in question don’t connect to SharePoint.   1) We found a solution indicating that it could be caused by a corrupt web folder, so we tried that and it appeared to work.  Then the issue returned a week or two later for all the users that we tried the solution with.  2) We cleared the InfoPath cache (Infopath /cache clearall), so they’re definitely pulling the correct form template. 3) It’s not a security issue, as everyone can submit/edit the forms and view the data from the web services.

Does anyone have any suggestions on things that might be causing this issue or other things to check into?
