Dear All,

 I have a form that the users have to fill out monthly.

To grant a submission on schedule I want to send them a reminder that the form is to be sent today.

Now, I ask myself whether it is possible to send an email automatically from InfoPath altough the form itself is not opened. The form is stored as template in a form library.

I appreciate every hint.

One idea would be to send the data via a web service to SQL, and then have a SQL job that sends email.

Another option would be to look into SharePoint workflows.

As far as having the form automatically send email without any user interaction, I don't have any ideas for that, sorry.
