    Form XML opening in browser!

    Hi all,

I have a slight problem that I'm hoping you can help me with.

One of our users has just been upgraded to Office 2010 (with Infopath) and has Infopath Filler and the Designer installed.  She works in the Purchasing dept and will be the main person that will receive notifications that new Purchase Forms have arrived from users.

However, when she tries to open a newly submitted form (and any existing ones) in the form library, an IE browser window opens and it displays the XML data, not the form in Infopath.

It works for everyone else, just not her!

I've checked the PC and Infopath is currently set to be the default application to open .xml files, but still it opens the form up in a browser window.  If I use the drop down menu in Sharepoint and choose 'Edit using Infopath' it opens the client, asks me if I want to set it as the default editor, to which I choose 'yes', it then configures the Office installation and then asks for a restart.  After all this, it STILL opens the file (which shows XML data) in a browser window.

What else do i need to check so she can open up forms like everyone else??

    Thanks for your help

    James
