    Formating a People Picker Control

Normaly with most forms that I create I set each fields background color to yellow if the cell is blank. This way my users know what fields they have to fill out as soon as they open the form.  But this dosn't seem posible with the people picker control.  There is no way to set the formating by using a rule other than to disable the control or format the text color.  Has anyone found a way around this?

    Thanks,

    Steve

That is kind of a pain, isn't it.... Well, you could copy your original people picker, and paste it on your form a second time. Have one with the yellow fill, one without. Use conditional formatting to hide the non-yellow one if the field is blank, and hide the yellow one if it isn't blank (since you can have conditional formatting to hide the control...)?
