I have created a repeating section with several buttons in it, the problem I am having is the first time any button is pressed it clears all the fields before it processes any of the rules I've set. Is there an explanation for this?
What are the rules on the button(s)? Do you have any code in your form? There is no reason a button would do this on its own.... If you want, attach your template to a reply (under options) and someone can take a look at it...

Actually for some reason now the problem only occurs with one of my buttons. The rules on this are setup to query the GetUserProfileByName service and return the user's preferred name. There is no code in my form. Without exception the first time I press the button it clears all the fields in the section but it works fine after that. I've attached the template as you've suggested. The button is in the "Assignments" repeating section. Your help is greatly appreciated.
