    Create Infopath 2010 form programmatically

Hi, I need to migrate contents from SharePoint list (1400 records/80 fields) to a Form library where i have a template published. Form template has many rules for validations and formatting. each record in the list has to be converted to an infopath form where all the column values goes into the respective fields of the form. I am trying to write program to do that but i am not being able to go anywhere. I converted template to a schema.cs file. Can someone please give me some examples/code where they have successfully created an infopath file. Many Thanks

    Hi Paul,

you should take a look at our XLS to XML tool: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/ExcelToInfoPath.aspx

You can export your SharePoint list to an Excel file easily and use that and our tool to create individual XML's for each form.  Basically you configure the tool to use your form XSN and our tool will create the XML's in the right way.

You will save a lot of time by using our tool compare to doing this yourself.

    Ted
