Problem: I have a working published form in a sharePoint server. The user cuts and paste text into a rich text field from different sources (emails that have different fonts and sizes).
Question: Is there any way to automatically or dynamically format the pasted text into this field to a single format (font, size and color) ... ?
Note: Each rich text field gets lots of updates(text) and they can get very long. So, one of these fields have many lines. I need to have a routine, rule or something to quickly format these fields on the run, either dynamically or once the user has finished the update.
