Where to I store Web Service log in Credentials?

For SQL server connections I'm prompted for a user name and password and can save that along with the form. I'm doing the same for a web service but I'm not asked for the credentials to use the web service at any point so when I try to submit data, it's giving me the following error:

     InfoPath cannot submit the form.
An error occurred while the form was being submitted.
The SOAP response indicates that an error occurred on the server:

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> SAP.Connector.RfcLogonException: Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)

Just thought I'd update this. It looks like the web service I was using did not prompt for credentials and used my windows authentication log on at run time. I changed the web service to prompt for the credentials to see the definition and infopath then began prompting for them just as it does with a SQL server connection.
