Submit to email going to wrong email address

Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section.  I'm new to this site and need to have an answer quickly.  I created an InfoPath 2007 form, and I added a data connection to submit to specific email addresses within the company.  We use Outlook 2007 - not sure if that's relevant.  Only one user is having difficulties with the form.  They access the form from SharePoint 2007 and fill out the appropriate sections.  They click the Submit button, and it should go to 5 email addresses.  This particular user has had the issue of the form trying to go by email outside the company at least 2 times.  It seems to try to send it to the email addresses of the last email she received (whether she has opened that email or not).  She has also had the form hang on her for up to 15 minutes, and another time has received the error, "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

I'm at a loss, and our help desk does not support InfoPath.  She is the only one experiencing any problems.  Can someone help me?

    Thank you!

Hey there -- this is a fine choice of forums for this issue.

I think if it were my user having this problem, the first thing I'd do is narrow down whether the issue is with the user or the machine. So, if the form works great on your machine (for example) have her log onto your computer and try the form. Does it work correctly for her there? Then you can log onto her machine and try the form....

If it is the machine, I think I'd clear the InfoPath cache first of all. Then, I might go ahead and run a repair on Office. If the machine still has issues with the form, I'd pitch it out the window. Not really -- I'd probably start checking the Internet Explorer settings (IE and IP are pretty cozy) and compare the "bad" machine to a good machine. If I didn't find anything, THEN I'd pitch it out the window....
