Is InfoPath a standard program offered with MS Office?

Our organization has Microsoft Office, but I can't seem to find InfoPath in the suite of programs.  I would like to use MS InfoPath to create forms on Sharepoint.   If I have to purchase the program it separately to create the forms, does the user completing the form have to have InfoPath installed too?

Hi, If you have MOSS enterprise 2007 or Sharepoint enterprise 2010 you can use form server and web browser for your client. You just need one Licence for designing your form.

If you have wss3.0 or 4.0 form server is not include so you have to use rich client.

If you buy office 2010 professionnal + it include infopath, I think you can also buy it separetly.
