not working as a web based form

So I've created my form using qrules (submit to sharepoint list command only) and publish it only to get these errors:
"...it cannot be opened by using a browser because it contains features that are not compatible with browsers."

If I try to open the form online I get:
This form is template is not currently browser-enabled.  It must either be republished as a browser-enable form, or opened using Microsoft Office Infopath 2007.
Makes sense given the publishing error

I check the compatibility settings and get this:
due to an error with the form's code an analysis of the code for browser compatibility issues could not be done
So I can't see what the problem is...any ideas?  The form is attached.

    Hi,

I see you have this same question already posted here. So after following the steps in the User Guide > Using qRules in InfoPath Forms Services (IPFS) section, do the errors still persist?

I downloaded your XSN and published it (using the steps from the User Guide) to one of our MOSS 2007 machines. It works fine, except that some data connections do not load (since those point to locations in your environment). Screenshot attached.

Are you able to admin-deploy other xsn forms?

i turned out to be issues with having things set up on sharepoint, specifically getting the udcx connections in the right spot but it is all working now but it was good going through the process as originally i didnt know i had to publish to the admin level.  thanks!
