Data Not Refreshing In InfoPath 2010 Web Browser Form

Hi, I've created an InfoPath 2010 form which queries other InfoPath 2010 forms in a forms library (reading sharepoint columns) and presents the data, the master form has been uploaded to SharePoint as a web browser form with a automatic refresh on form open and a data refresh button but the data does not seem to be refreshing either way, I've cleared cache and all still the same issue, even checked the offline data cache. An example would be that I have a child form with a score of 68 but the master web form still displays a score of 8, but when I preview my form it captures the correct data, but the published web form does not.

first rule for me is never use standart reading data from sharepoint;) i dont know 2010 IP, but in 2007 i've added reference SharePoint.dll in my code, and now i'm using SPContext to get any data of the portal.

    its greatly funny InfoPath!
you are pretty just for us!

But that's the thing, I'm not doing any coding but the data thats been captured by my Master form must be cached somewhere, because in the preview it shows the correct data. Also even if i change and re-upload a child IP form to change the statistical data the Master form still displays the old information, i've also tried re-publishing the Master and still the same issue.
