Template as content type and submit email

My problem is with InfoPath 2010 that publishes to SharePoint 2010 and in the same time need to send mail to person\groups that was filled in the form. I also need this form to be a template as content type in the SharePoint site.

When I'm using the email submit option at the InfoPath it give me this massage: "Domain trust form templates cannot be sent as e-mail attachments. To fix this problem, modify the form options to change the security level of the form template to restricted".

When I'm trying to submit the form in the site it fails because of this reason.

When I give the restricted security level at the form warning it says that: "The restricted trust level is not supported" (I suspect it's because of the template content type).

What can I do to fix it (I don't want to use workflow)?
