    font display issues

Looking for a hand with font display issues.  I have a template which I created with all fields and tables in Verdana font of varying size.  Most of my users pull up and print the template just fine, but I have 2 users (one using Windows 7 & Office 2010 and the other using Windows XP & Office 2007) who are having issues when they pull it up.  Both users will pull the template in "fill-out" mode and it will display the entire document in Calibri 12 font, and then they will print it out in the same incorrect font; here's the rub: when they Print Preview the form, it appears in the correct font type and size throughout the entire document, but when they print from Print Preview, it still comes out in the Calibri font.

At this point, I'm incredibly frustrated with it as I've been wrestling with it for 2 years; so I Googled for any information on it and stumbled onto this forum, which seems to be helpful AND courteous (kudos to you all on a rare internet find, indeed).  Any help with this would lift a massive burden from my shoulders.  Thanks in advance for any advice that can be offered.

    Hi CBKing and welcome!

I'm wondering what's different about those users. Do they have their locale set to some non US place? It's possible that there is some font-mapping that was done for those users based on another application install. Windows supports font-mapping and applications can create default mappings that affect other applications. Another idea is that they have somehow customized which font they are using for Internet Explorer - check that out on the IE settings tab. Lastly, check out the Windows font settings if you haven't already. Maybe the users did something there. Verdana should be a default font for those operating systems.

Infopath is quite simply a nightmare when it comes to fonts (and formatting in general) display differently for different users. I had a problem for ages of text boxes appearing highlighted in blue for some users but not in any of my development screens. Worked out that it was an issue to do with colours not being available on my pc.
