What's the actual question?  All you said was, "How to send an optional email in a section to the user."  The text of the email is not important to us.

    • Are you wanting to send email from the form itself, or are you using a workflow email?
    • What are the options for the optional part?
    • What is this section you're referring to?
    • Which user?
    • What do you want the user to get?  The entire form or something else?  IF you submit to email from the form, then they either get the form template as an attachment or the active view of the form.  What is your goal?

Whoa, that's very hard to follow.  I do not understand it, but it's not how "submit to email" in InfoPath is really used.  You should really be using a workflow for this with dynamic emails and links back to the form with Form Load rules that detect the user's identity and switches views based on identity and workflow status.  This is much larger than just an optional email.  InfoPath "submit to email" is not meant for email messages.  It's meant for sending the form to users.

Yes, that's what I do for all of my solutions so that I can easily manipulate the notification emails to include dynamic data with links to the form while sending it to the right people at the right time.
